An Indian based Trading, Manufacturing, Exporting, Contracting and real estate Group having its Corporate office at Dubai, and branches around 15 countries worldwide and I worked their Oman Head office as a Logistics Executive / Purchase Coordinator with all responsibilities of logistics, import and export related jobs and coordination’s with the Overseas suppliers and intenders of various products and having full control over the works related Oman customs, by sea, road and air clearance of the cargos.Job Responsibilities: Preparation of Letter of Credit for Overseas Suppliers / Agents for arranging the Shipments and for arranging the bank details depends upon the nature & size of the consignments.  Once consignment has loaded, coordinating with the supplier and track the originals and has updating to finance department for the collection of the documents.  For Import clearance, preparing the permits / NOC’s with Oman Ministry through Online Bayan system and coordinating with the clearing agents for the materials clearance in time and distributing the cargos to the various divisions as per their orders & requirements. Maintaining all clearance company’s books of accounts and making the arrangements for the outstanding payments on time. Updating the suppliers outstanding and creditor’s details on priority wise and giving the reports to CFO / Director for the release of the dues and preparing the banking related documents for the payment transfers through different bank facility.

I worked in Darvesh Group Dubai as a Logistics Executive and Export documentation in charge with all responsibilities of Logistics related and Export documentation works. Job Responsibilities: Coordination with sales and marketing executives, Production and Plant managers, prepares the shipment schedule and conducting the shipments as per the overseas orders. After various negotiations regarding the rate and vessel schedule with different shipping companies and placing the containers in group’s different production units / warehouses for stuffing / loading. Once the cargo loading has planned / loaded, applying for insurance, submitting the BL /instructions to the respective lines /agents and preparing the Export Documents such as B/L, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List and applying the Certificates from chamber of Commerce or Ministry of Economy depends upon the nature of the destination country and buyer’s requirements.  Prepare and submitting Export & Cross Trade document through bank with all the required supporting documents.  Preparation of all types of Documents under L/C and under collection and negotiate the documents with various banks. Prepare the Various Exports and Logistics Reports and submit to the management on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis review.
