During this period playing the role of Lead System Architect to assist the team in design and development. His responsibilities are as follows-• Involving in Requirement analysis, clarifications while working with Client Business Team.• Providing Level-of-Effort (LOE) estimations and impact analysis (for change requests/product enhancements).• Designing, developing and delivering the modules related to project iterations and ensuring adherence to industry and technology best practices in code delivery. Publishing application design document.• Coding and implementation of assigned modules and design/code review to maintain guardrails.• Involvement in Unit testing, Integration testing, and Regression testing as well as defect fixes.• Supporting product deployments across environments.• Collaborating with Offshore-Onshore counterparts regularly to ensure timely delivery of modules. Conducting KT sessions with Offshore and Onshore Teams for knowledge propagation. • Involvement in Disaster Recovery Exercise for Client Applications. Working with Infra-support teams to ensure production releases and resolve issues.

During this period, played the role of Lead System Architect for Team. His responsibilities were as follows-• Working with Business Team to identify requirements, possible arrays of enhancements, gaining clarifications.• Involvement in application design and effort estimation of all project enhancements.• Coding and implementation of assigned modules using Flow, UI Design, BRE and Integration methodologies.• Performing unit testing, system testing, load testing and defect fixes.• Performing log analysis, peer code-review to ensure industry guardrails and best practices.• Supporting deployments across from DEV to TEST, QA and PROD and checking post deployment status. • Regular communication in Onsite-Offshore Sync Up calls and leading module designs.

During this period played the role of Senior System Architect in Pega Scrum Team for Retail Network Management programs of a reputed US PBM Healthcare Organization. During his involvement his responsibilities included as follows-• Taking part in requirement analysis, business clarification, estimation and scrum rating of user stories.• Collaborating with Onsite counterparts for requirement gaps and discussing the designs. Regular sync up through Onsite-Offshore stand up calls.• Coding and implementation of modules, unit testing, integration testing and SIT support. • Performing Integration with existing client systems through OOTB connector/service features (Connect SOAP).• Working on Case life cycle management, Flow design, UI and Decision Rule design for handling complex business logics.• Working on Activities, Flow Actions, and writing custom functions to deliver certain features in the application.• Writing DB queries to integrate with back end database systems and application.• Conducting Unit testing and regularly attending defect triage to discuss on defects and providing fixes.
