This aimed to study the DNA Barcoding of Mangifera indica species, Synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Mangifera indica seed coat, and determining anti-typhoidal activity of the synthesised Silver nanoparticles and its water purification capacity.We did the DNA barcoding, silver nanoparticle synthesis using Mangifera indica seed coat, and the anti-typhoidal activity of the synthesized nanoparticles were investigated. Mangifera indica seed coat proved effective in nanoparticle synthesis, and the resulting silver nanoparticles exhibited promising anti-typhoidal properties. This research highlights a potential application in combating typhoid infections. -
