I am a Cambridge CELTA graduate who is certified to teach English to adults. Currently, Head of Learning for EnglishCoach Services, Hyderabad, I look after the company's business development needs in the city and training delivery in locations across India. As a trainer with EnglishCoach, I handle business communication trainings in corporate. I am a lead facilitator for the company's email writing learning intervention for an international banking services company. Other companies I've trained at include Airtel, Olam International, L&T, Tata Steel, Aurobindo Pharma, Quadrant 4 and other IT solutions providers. In EnglishCoach, I am part of the core team, which creates content for assessments, online modules and classroom sessions. I started my career with Satyam Computers and moved to English language teaching in schools. Continuing my tryst with school children, I have coordinated with schools while being part of a company, which counsels children in 'yellow collar careers'. I also managed HR functions at Nalini Marketing, an industrial products trading company. In the recent past, I trained in communication and soft skills in technical colleges in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. These sessions focused on verbal communication, team building, impression management, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, I have created content for modules on awareness of behaviour skills for a website focusing on these skills in the professional environment.
