As the Vice President of the Malaysian Association of Professional Trainers and Coaches (MAPTAC), I oversee the strategic direction and growth of the association, as well as the professional development and accreditation of its members.I am also the Managing Director of IBN International, a leading provider of corporate training and consultancy services in 12 countries. I have successfully led the management and operations team to achieve over 300% return on sales, expand the program portfolio, and integrate a newly-acquired strategic partner. I am a certified coach, trainer, and learning game design practitioner, with a strong background in sales and marketing, psychology, and law.
