My Job as an Associate Consultant allows me to drive IT operations-End User transformation services which include Backup and Restore service for End Users to effectively protect and utilize their data during Break-fix and Disaster recovery and Windows device management. As part of this role, I have involved in Managing hosted servers in the strategic data centers to deliver End Point Backup and Restore service, Tools administration, End devices(PCs) certification on Windows customized OS Image in Imaging Lab, Administration of patching drivers and firmware on end devices to address security vulnerabilities. In addition to the above technical aspects, I am more towards delivering required solutions by meeting standard recommendations and processes which will ensure the best results for the organization in this digital era.
