production plan against requirement, monitoring production, interacting with marketing and technical department, trying to bring down rejection percentage and last but not the least i.e. to keep talking with the team members to bring awareness in them in various work related aspects & discipline.

Kaliyuva Mane is a school for opportunity deprived, drop outs, single parent, rural, dyslexic,poor children. It is a semi residential free school. Mr. M.R. Ananthkumar is the founder of this Institution. It provides free transportation for dayscholar students. It is completely run by doners. There is so much to saay about Kaliyuva Mane. I find it difficult to find words to explain th efforts of Mr. M.R. Ananthkumar. I feel proud to work for this Institution.
