General Operations • Maintain MIS data as required by the operations and C and B team• Ensuring regular skip meets for the team • Supporting and creating awareness to managers, team leads across teams for various HR policies and procedures.• Performing quality checks prior to an audit and sharing the relevant documents during audit.• Sorting the observations made by the auditor and closing them• Management of Attendance on BAMS Tool and on HRMS• Employee ID Creation, Transfers, Promotion, Re-designation, Movements and Exits.• Resolving queries regarding bank & salary. • Collecting details from the recruitment team one day prior to on-boarding new joiners and making required arrangements.• Checking and verifying the mandatory documents and having the necessary forms filled.• Facilitate access cards, salary account opening for the new joiners.• Creating employee IDs and updating the required details on the system.• Maintaining data pertaining to on-boarding and background verification.• Oversee maintenance of employee files and online linking of the same. • Planning induction schedules and ensures the attendance of the employees.• Coordinating for the various sessions during induction.• Coordinating with C&B team by providing payroll input on monthly basis
