Designs owned and developed across projects:o 2.5V Adjustable precision shunt regulator.o Low Iq, open loop sub-regulator.o Low side output driver reverse current protection circuit for a RS-232 transmitter.o Designed a High voltage (65V) Low to High level shifter that drives the gate of the output driver, while meeting the low Iq, optimized area and performance. o A nano-amp quiescent current, low frequency RC relaxation Oscillator:RC oscillator provides a low frequency clock to a digital counter. Key challenge was to achieve lowest die area, +/-30% accurate frequency without the trim.o Designed a voltage comparator for a supply voltage supervisor. o Designed a Bi-directional multi voltage level translator for open drain and push pull application.Responsibilities across projects:o Owned the block level design & verification of various analog building blocks.o Collaborated with process development team and modelling team to ensure the quality of the deliverables required for designing.o Contributed to layout floorplan to minimize the package stress effects, mechanical and thermal gradients on bandgap circuit.o Exposure to full product life cycle – Product definition, Feasibility analysis, circuit design, review of layout, test and char results, reliability qualification, silicon debug.o Active participation in the debug of a key customer return. Identifying the root cause of the failure and suggesting the next steps to close the issue.
