I was retained by Base One to develop the content marketing strategy for Vodafone's enterprise and public sector business. This covered creating editorial calendars, message flows and key individual pieces of content.

At Banner I had board-level responsibility for the creative and strategic output of the agency.Creatively, I helped the company become a highly effective pitch-winner, bringing in accounts including: Sony, BlackBerry, Nokia, Adobe, HP and Autodesk among many others. I built a highly-skilled team that was able to create truly integrated communications to build brands and generate demand. (And one that retained clients over the long-term.)Strategically, I developed the agency's planning toolkit. This is an end-to-end suite of tools and exercises designed to create robust, enduring brands. Whether a client was a bootstrapped start-up or established multinational, it meant we could help them take their business forward.

This is where I cut my teeth in the business. I joined as a marketing assistant but quickly found my true calling as a copywriter and creative. I was fortunate enough to be mentored by Ken Fegradoe, a demanding and immensely talented writer. And I got to work on a huge range of projects and clients.
