Additionally, I assume one half of the Information Technology duties, making sure that any computer related support and installation is attended to as needed. As related to the HR portion of my job I conduct all reference checks, produce and explain initial employee packet and training manuals as needed, track and confirm credentialing, track multi-departmental expenses, enter all continuing education, licensing, and certifications into our electronic system (MITC).
