Teach Cybercrime and the Law, a seminar-style writing course that focuses on identity theft, spyware, online child exploitation, privacy, filtering, age verification, and content control.

Developed and oversaw major state and national policy and legislative initiatives, including cybercrime, methampethamine, and emergency management. Served as co-lead counsel for 50 Attorneys General multi-state effort investigating two of the largest web sites MySpace and Facebook. Chaired two intraagency working groups. Represented Attorney General on Governor’s Crime Commission, Governor’s Education First Task Force, National Association of Attorneys General School and Campus Safety Task Force, National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s (NCMEC) Financial Coalition Against Child Pornography Task Force. Testified at legislative hearings and help shepherd legislation (passed seven bills into law to date). Drafted appellate briefs. Managed almost $1 million in federal and private grants. Spoke to journalists on regular basis and present to lawyers (including multiple continuing legal education lectures) and non-lawyers frequently.
