I worked from a junior, doing the running around, to a full time retoucher. When needed I would fill in for reception and cover the front desk. I retouched, account managed and did the production for a shoe client. This involved me managing a team of 4 people and quality controlling their work. I was based working closely with the Tapestry photography team.

Answered calls to place orders for customers and responding/resolving to customer complaints. Also, worked in the food line and packaging when needed to get orders out on time.

Had to meet deadlines of 3 minutes per order to maintain good customer service. Served customers and also worked out the back retrieving products.
