Lead Operations
Current• Managing Application's servers (Windows and Linux) vulnerabilities in order to run the applications and servers without any issues• Coordination for the patching of the servers under the Application.• Maintenance of Winnows and Linux servers of Applications.• Approving the maintenance and downtime window for application server patching.• Approving the access for the applications.• Addressing all Global Information Security notification for the Applications.• Certifications of all servers under the Application periodically.• Coordination for Provisioning and Decommissioning of Application servers.• Running scan through Symantec Security Manager in order to find policy violations, and remediating them accordingly.• Reporting of the vulnerabilities identified and resolved.• Provisioning exception certificate approvals for the unresolved vulnerabilities • Addressing all issues of UAT Cloud portal.• Monitoring and addressing the issues the microservices.• Integration with Jenkins , ansible tower and XLR for release and deployment.• Build submission and testing after release.• Patching of cloud portal.• Addressing and escalating all environmental issues of UAT cloud portal• Submitting cloud builds for the regression testing after every cloud release.• using Jira/Agile for daily tasks , assignments and projects .• Validation certification of all Jira related to release changes.
