End To End Leader, Integrated Supply Chain Management
Current• Leading End to End Operations for the Global Capability Center at Cummins Global Services & Analytics (CGSA). • At helm of the strategic Supply Chain Transformation programs, including workstream design, work transition for Global locations to India GCC for Aftermarket & Product Business Units• Deliver execution & growth across multiple workstreams in Plan to Build (P2B), Order to Cash (O2C), Source to Pay (S2P) & Issue to Resolution (I2R), with teams working in a 24 x 7 hybrid set up.• Build, coach and develop teams to achieve & sustain high performance while driving talent management; mentor employees to accomplish their individual career and personal aspirations. • Deploy the Quality Management System with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining & improving business metrics, service levels & cost targets.
