Initially, I began my career as a Consultant for BeST Ltd., drafting and managing multiple RFPs, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs, and improving project scope accuracy. This foundational experience allowed me to develop a robust skill set in project management, business development, and strategic planning. As I progressed, I took on increasingly challenging roles, driving significant revenue growth, securing major contracts, and enhancing operational efficiency for various state government departments, PSUs, smart cities, and corporate clients.In 2010, I transitioned to Schoolnet India Ltd, where I served as Operations Head for West India. In this role, I led the timely billing and collection processes, ensuring consistent cash flow and reducing payment delays. My tenure saw the successful implementation of projects across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets. My strategic leadership in this role resulted in high on-time delivery rates and increased operational efficiency through advanced technology integration. Eventually, I advanced to the position of Zonal Head, where I directed cross-functional teams and spearheaded revenue generation initiatives, securing substantial contracts from Government and CSR sectors.Currently, as Vice President - Government & CSR business (West India) at Schoolnet India Ltd, I continue to leverage my extensive experience to drive business growth and foster long-term relationships with key partners and clients. My role involves collaborating with senior management to devise comprehensive sales and operations strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market reach. I am passionate about driving team performance, ensuring high project quality, and fostering productive team environments.
