My name is Jayden Lewis, I am a 2019 Graduated from SouthWest Edgecombe High School Pinetops, NC. Where I played Football & went onto finish my Athletic Career at Barton College(2019-2023). I learned a-lot while being an collegiate athlete. I learned to love the grind, Time-Management, Accountability, & Most importantly Responsibility. I'm so grateful for the Work skills I picked up in college. While I was in College i came across two jobs that really help me Elevate my Work skills I learned in college. The first job was is Lowe's Inc as an Sales Associate. At this Job, I learned how to communicate and help Customer's with questions they had. My Second job was at Powerplex Athletic Center. Its the #1 Athletic Center in Wilson, NC. It started out as an internship. After 3 months they offered me a job as a manager where I then would take what I learned in my College Courses and apply it to my job. I learned how manage a business, I learned how to create a Budget Plan for a business, set up Appointments, Organize Events & make sure everything ran smoothly. I also got the opportunity to train athletes & market their brand & my own brand. This Job has has change my life and gave me opportunities to do things I could only dream of. Being able to put my studies to work in everyday life has help get the experience I need for life after College.
