Some of the career highlights thus far includes:-- Devise sales strategies and delivering high quality service standards to capture and grow DJP’s clientele.- Maintaining high level executive contact with key accounts and effectively prospecting value propositions to decision makers, executive and senior management level.- Provide timely consultation and advisory to clients with regards to customising business solutions in line with their specific goals and needs.- Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and managing the growth of assigned business segment, partnering with research and operation teams to achieve overall sales objectives.- Build cross discipline and multi-layer contacts within the account towards successful training delivery based on client needs and requirements.- Project management for large-scale, multi-touchpoint learning sessions that involves multiple stakeholders over an extended time period.- Facilitated more than 250 Team and Leadership effectiveness sessions with participants ranging from various industries and levels.- Actively involve in internal staffs development through on-the-job and peer-to-peer coaching. Transfer of knowledge and sharing of best practices among the executives to enhance overall development and performance of the team.
