Using this data, developed Value Stream Maps (VSM) for all Tractor Loader Backhoe and Bulldozer sub-assemblies at the Burlington Iowa Facility. Performed Value Stream analysis on current state VSMs and proposed future state VSMs for each sub-assembly within the facility. Identified process bottlenecks within each sub-assembly and processes with excess inventory to promote a lean manufacturing environment.

Developed an inventory management dashboard for over 34,000 unique products. This tableau dashboard enabled quick and accurate identification of products that were at risk for stock-outs and backorders. Proposed and back tested a batch size production strategy using a production scheduling model that decreases annual inventory holding costs by over 60%. Resulting in annual savings of over 3 million dollars.Created a company wide user guide for Microsoft Power BI. Working with the IT department, developed a set of industry best practices when using Power BI to ensure continuity and efficiency across the entire organization.
