At Eversource, I managed two long term projects each with multi-million dollar budgets along with a few smaller projects during the 3 year contract. In both cases, the projects involved vendor implementations and consolidation of multiple groups throughout a tri-state region merging into one corporate system. As a part of the project, I chaired the daily, weekly and monthly meetings, the budget and monthly PMO reporting.
