I currently have 32 years in the glass and glazing industry. I started with Haley Greer Inc hands on when I was 18 and worked my way up to a foreman running my own jobs at 22. I continued running work installing projects that were 15-25 mill like the frost bank bld in Austin and the pier one bld in ft worth or Enron bld in Houston. Those are some of the blds that I had hands on. A few years later I was ask to take the field super roll and be over the field in all locations. I then managed 500 plus men and over 30 projects in a years time. One of my favorites is the cowboys stadium. I held that position for 8 yrs. in 2012 I went to alliance glazing technology as a project manager. I held that position for 3 yrs and 4 different projects. My favorites as a pm was choctaw casino hotel in Durant ok. And west village in Dallas. They ask me to be there field super the last year I was there to help manage the cowboys practice facilities and McKinney olive project and 5-6 others. 2015 we opened jayes glass and mirror llc and Blade glazing llc.
