I have been in the glazing industry going on 30 years. Most of my experience is in the field, I started when I was 18 years old, back in June of 1987 and worked my way up the ladder. The training I have is hands on and I've continuously been working with many consultants in the industry. I have successfully completed many projects. My two favorite projects are the new Cowboys Stadium (Arlington, Texas) and the Frost Bank Tower (Austin, Texas). I have Osha 10, Osha 30, first aid, CPR, AED, swing stage, scaffold, fork lift, rigging, boom and scissor lift training. I am a certified welder, a Hopes Windows certified installer and a certified installer by Installation Masters (New York). I now work at Alliance Glazing Technologies as a Project Manager and now I'm learning the office side. I'm glad to be here learning an entirely new side of running a glass/glazing projects. As of December 2014 I was promoted to Director of Field Operations with Alliance Glazing Technologies finishing multiple projects Forest City West Village (Dallas), Choctaw Casino (Durant OK), and McKinney Olive Tower (Dallas)As of April 15th I opened Jaye's Glass And Mirror and I look forward to where we are going.
