Jaye is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and in 2010 founded McCarthy Walsh, Chartered Certified Accountants and Statutory Auditor Firm. The firm offers customised solutions to SME businesses and ensures a personal and trusted service to its clients. The firm provides an outsourced audit facility to accountancy firms through the audit registration Company Auditor 4U Ltd (www.companyauditor4u.ie).As well as being a general practitioner, Jaye is a corporate recovery and insolvency practitioner and a registered member of Restructuring and Insolvency Ireland (RII). They have acted as a turnaround advisor to companies in distress and have taken formal restructuring appointments (CVL/MVL) across a range of industry sectors. As a professional accountant working in practice, Jaye is an active member of ACCA having co-founded the ACCA South Dublin Network and having served as an elected member to the ACCA Ireland Practitioners Panel (2011-2018).
