Monitor and control RR budget to ensure that the expenses are within the budget.General Responsibilities as Production Executive:Responsible for accurate material (RM / PM) charging into the batches and its availability.Responsible for adherence SOPs for all plant operators.Participate in Safety audits, Risk assessment for the process activities.Maintain the batch records / log sheets as per GMP guidelines.Maintain the stock of necessary PPEs required for uninterrupted working of the Production department and we will see to that the operating personnel use all PPEs as required.Train and supervise the working of all operators in the department.Monitor and record the waste generation and disposal at the site department wise in shifts.Ensure Zero accidents in plants.Achieve batch wise timelines, both in quantity as well as quality.Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
