a) To lead & train a team of Branch Accountants across Vidarbha & Chattisgarh State (48 Divisional & Branch Offices).b) Reporting to CFO & VP-Finance. c) Was team-leader of cheque updation team at H.O. which involved co-ordinating with bankers for clearance of cheques deposited at various locations.d) Reconciliation of Bank Accounts & handling banking arrangements of the region.e) Compiling various MIS & Control Reports of the region for HO.f) Sanctioning & payment processing to vendors & reimbursements to staff.g) Asset verification, provisions, policy suspense clearance, cost controlling, management expense analysis.
