•Commitment to occupational Health, Safety and Environment, ensuring all activities in a safe andefficient manner in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.•Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.•Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and start-up (CSU) of LNG plant, GE Turbines, Compressors, GTG,STG and HRSG•Breakdown and Schedule Electrical and Instrument maintenance & operation of HV Power Generators(GTG & STG), Power distribution system (HV & LV switchgears).•Working on Mark VIe of GE’s compressor and turbine•Working on YOKOGAWA DCS system (Centum VP, ProSafe RS) with PRM tool, Valve link, SCADA, PLC,Plant interlocking circuits and safety system (SIS), HIMA, CCC, various controlling devices.•Bentley Nevada BN3500 Vibration Monitoring system installation, commissioning and maintenance•Installation, Testing, calibration and commissioning of Process Instruments•High/Low voltage switching,•Fault finding and services of HV & LV motors, transformers, variable speed drives, and various starters.•Proven safe working experience in hazardous area, Hazardous Area (EEHA) inspection.•Generating work pack, Instrument datasheet, Instrument test report, loop drawings, single linediagram, cable schedules, termination drawing•Fire and Gas Systems instruments•Provide technical support, develop material requisitions•Fault finding Hydraulic and pneumatic control system•Perform factory acceptance test, Inspections, condition monitoring•Providing input into detail design studies, Hazard identification and risk assessment procedure,•System walk down, punch list creation, liaison with drafter to ensuring all corrections are red lined onspecification sheets and drawings,•Ensuring plant and field instrument, electrical infrastructure and control system are installed, operated,maintained and repaired as required by the maintenance schedules.
