Current★ Communicate with the Sales, Operations, production, and Backend departments to ensure on-time delivery of orders; Manage the sourcing of Raw Materials, Engineering Spares, Packaging materials, etc. at the most competitive costs.➤ KEY RESULT AREAS● Evaluate all Supply chain procedures and costs and provide a report containing suggested enhancements. Identify process bottlenecks and immediately implement solutions. Create and implement a comprehensive Supply Chain Strategy● Accounting for the complete order management process, from confirming the purchase order through placing the order, tracking the shipment, delivering the items to the customer, and swiftly canceling the order if a defective product is discovered.● Comprehensive responsibility for adherence to the delivery schedule and ensuring that all deliveries and orders are completed on time.● Monitor the Minimum stock of required material and bring slow-moving products to the notice of the CFO and COO.● Control the Support team's inventory of returned demo hardware (from the Sales team) with Vendor Administration - Local Zebra suppliers must maintain a healthy inventory. - Ingram and Inflow● Manage labor costs, human output, inventory levels, data accuracy, and stocking methods;● Every two weeks, highlight non-moving inventory to the CFO; verify that internal and external stakeholders comply to import and export compliance standards. When government regulations change, manage the associated expenditures.● Ensure Commercial Invoices are reviewed and authorized for payment in a timely manner MIS - Cash flow for payment of vendors Vendors are paid on schedule, and the CFO receives an accurate report well in advance.● Deliver guidance to Sales Employees, Branch Coordinators, and GNR teams about booking, delivery, documentation, and courier clearance.
