As Head of Product Marketing for Energy & Utilities and the Public Sector at AWS, I help organizations streamline cloud adoption, drive innovation, and enhance operational efficiency. In my previous role as Head of Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Innovation at Direct Energy, I was responsible for P&L, pricing, marketing, and product innovation for the largest residential energy and home services businesses in North America, and for bringing innovative new offers to market for the benefit of over four million customers. Direct Energy was a wholly owned subsidiary of Centrica plc (LSE: CNA) and I was a member of the Direct Energy Leadership Team. I successfully launched multiple new products and services, drove customer acquisition and retention, improved customer satisfaction and loyalty, and increased operating profit. I also contributed to the company's sustainability initiatives, such as reducing carbon footprint, developing renewable energy products, and increasing renewable energy consumption.
