Lead the interaction design of applications by working with software engineering and product management teams to define requirements, provide reliable estimates of effort and good identification of risks. Provide oversight and direction of interaction design done by others. Develop wireframes, screen-flow diagrams and UI specifications. Participate in measuring and assessing the usability of deployed applications and apply good interaction design processes, including user-centered design and usability testing.Areas of work include: user interface design, user analysis, wireframing, prototyping, architecture and interaction modeling, persona development, graphic illustration, iconography, infographics, guidelines, usability testing, research.

Create brands and cultivate awareness and demand for them visually via the web and printed media. Establish the conceptual and stylistic direction in the development of a project, with final creative authority.
