CurrentDirector and Owner of Plastic Fern Studios. Managing multiple teams (internally and externally) to help award winning developers get the results they need. Specializing in porting and release management, as well as platform specific knowledge that comes with over a decade of experience. As Director I make sure our team has what they need, are treated well, and are delivering results. I design and implement paths for employee growth as well as the processes needed to do our jobs. I also make sure we're up to date with new hardware, platforms, and practices, as well as working to make sure we're able to help clients in any way we can. My specialty is working well under pressure of looming release dates and working with multiple projects/teams/platforms at once to help triage and figure out how to cross the finish line, as well as being on time and under budget as much as we can. We work (in both QA and other areas) as a risk-based team, to help make sure our partners are aware of any risk to their game or approach, and help solve those issues immediately.
