As Director I make sure our team has what they need, are treated well, and are delivering results. I design and implement paths for employee growth as well as the processes needed to do our jobs. I also make sure we're up to date with new hardware, platforms, and practices, as well as working to make sure we're able to help clients in any way we can. My specialty is working well under pressure of looming release dates and working with multiple projects/teams/platforms at once to help triage and figure out how to cross the finish line, as well as being on time and under budget as much as we can. We work (in both QA and other areas) as a risk-based team, to help make sure our partners are aware of any risk to their game or approach, and help solve those issues immediately.
