Jay is an award winning architectural photographer and FAA Certified sUAS pilot. His interest and experience in restoration aligns with our community need for sustainably built High Performance Homes. He applies professional dedication and understanding of his customer's needs to meet deadlines and handle project management of each job; ultimately providing ATTRACTIVE advertising photographs and video productions. He established the Sustainability Committee for the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties (HBA). He serves on the Board of Directors of the HBA and the NAHB Sustainability sub-committee.His customers include Luxury Custom Home Builders, Commercial Property Managers, Architects needing illustrative photographs of their Commercial, Residential and Institutional Design projects, and associated vendors such as Realtors, Interior Designers and Advertising Agencies.He judges photography contests, speaks and teaches Blue Hour lighting. He uses Nikon, DJI Inspire 2 drones and Black Magic Pocket Cinema video cameras. He applies Light Painting techniques , masking and layering to make finished photographs and video productions using Apple Mac based computers, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Davinci Resolve software. Continuously adds new skills including aerial drone and video production.As a Sustainability Consultant for builders and developers, he offers practical solutions for market based sustainable building practices, material use, energy conservation, PV energy production, water conservation and wildlife habitat improvements.
