About Jay Hagen

An innovative functional architect, software trainer, system tester, business analyst, designer and developer with 27 years of experience in the utility, insurance, banking and mining industries, I have over 25 years of direct experience with Oracle’s CC&B product (formerly known as SPL’s Cordaptix, PeopleSoft CIS & CIS PLUS). I have been a computer professional since 1984 and have directed and contributed to the development of numerous software systems including Customer Information Systems, Customer Relationship Management Systems, Management Information Systems, Billing Systems, Accounting Systems, Agent Payroll Systems and Data Warehouses.
