Responsible for the development, deployment and advancement of Shorepower's Advanced Control System.

* Computer Integrated Manufacturing - Developed, enhanced and supported custom user interface and machine interface programs that solved complex Factory Automation problems such as Process Control, Cycle-time reduction and excursion protection. * Partnered with engineering customers to create custom programs on both Windows and Unix based systems that control and direct many types of Factory process and metrology equipment, e.g., Station & Machine Controllers.* Developed and implemented software protocols and programs for Graphical User Interface and Process Control systems.* Designed, developed and delivered custom training classes targeted to support and sustaining personal that provided the background and details on the CIM systems produced by our groups.* Winner of many Intel awards and recognitions, including being part of an Intel Achievement Award winning team that designed and implemented a new generation of Object Oriented Robust Station Controller systems.

Maintained x86 based Microfiche systems at key large data processing houses. These specialized IO devices used high speed film processing cameras to render computer data such as daily insurance transactions onto 7x9 inch microfiche for information storage and retrieval.

Performed analog and digital test from build to customer ship on a line of Computer Numerically Controlled high-speed servo, air cushioned drill presses.

Performed various repair, calibration and performance tuning related tasks on equipment used at SAC command centers.
