Lead the company’s external communications program with a focus on the blockchain sector, oversaw and advised on APP development, and guided the operation team’s efforts in achieving a successful APP launch.

Advised and guided the design team for the Amblyopia chip and product. Played a leading role in customer relationship management.

Oversaw and managed the RTL design team for multimedia codec SoC and backend design services teams. Oversaw DTMB chip design and tape-out, as week as DTMB Set-Top-Box design.

Lead and oversaw the entire product design lifecycle for the wireless connectivity chip, from architecture design to final tape out. Lead FPGA prototype testing, chip system verification and production testing. Served as the key point of contact for VIP clients. Achieved more than $200mil sales in wireless connectivity units.

Served as the project management lead for multimedia chips (H.263/MPEG2/MP3), overseeing a project staff of 20. Acted as key chip architect for multimedia chips for mobile phones and led the development of MIDI and MP3 IP core. Involved in all aspects of ASIC flow, including frontend, backend and all the way through chip tape out.
