Managed multiple projects simultaneously and provided support to clients in air permitting, compliance reporting, emissions reporting, GHG quantification and reporting. Acted as technical lead for modeling of short- and long-range pollutant transport using the American Meteorological Society/Environmental Protection Agency Regulatory Model (AERMOD) and California Puff Model (CALPUFF) to address requirements for PSD permitting, NAAQS compliance, and Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) standards.-Researched CALMET and CALPUFF models and built model input files according to the appropriate protocols for use in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana; executed over 450 CALPUFF models for BART and Class I regional haze determinations-Successfully setup and executed over 100 air dispersion models utilizing AERMOD for various applications in air permitting and compliance -Developed modeling logs designed to assist in model implementation and highlight key differences in model iterations. -Wrote air dispersion modeling protocols for submittal to state and federal agencies-Analyzed mass amounts of operational data which include air quality monitoring data and continuous emissions monitoring data (CEMS), used complex Excel calculation techniques, and conducted quality control and quality assurance procedures -Presented webinars and instructed at luncheons to on various topics such as dispersion model setup and GHG reporting-Prepared multiple construction permit applications packages consisting of emission calculations, control technology analyses, compliance assessments, facility mapping, process flow diagrams for facilities in the lime manufacturing, cement, power utility, and oil and gas industries-Used ESRI ArcMAP software to assign projected coordinates to facility plot plans and export satellite imagery for use in AERMOD-Prepared Annual Compliance Certifications (ACC) and Semi-Annual Monitoring and Deviation Reports (SAR) for Title V sources in Oklahoma
