Trade Registration.Main point of contact for trade registration of LME portfolio tradesDealing with Matching and clearing on a day-to-day basis. Position Monitoring. Management Reporting. Dealing with all deliveries and warrants and clearing all trades, making sure warrants were picked up by the counterparty. Monitoring Members' positions, particularly when approaching delivery or expiry periods and following formal escalation procedures in the event that agreed parameters are exceeded.Carrying out delivery and option exercise procedures ensuring deadlines are met at all times, reporting any problems encountered to management.Assisting Clearing Members and LCHC Service Desk with queries arising from matching, clearing, delivery and other internal and external systems.To be able to carry out the functions identified on the daily, monthly and quarterly checklists.To be able to carry out the functions identified on the TRS / CPS checklist.Ensure Incidents are raised/closed in a timely mannerTo be fully conversant with and be able to operate internal and external systems demonstrating good knowledge of the systems and reports generatedContributing to and maintaining internal and external proceduresAssisting with system testing to help ensure that projects are launched as per the relevant project plan and timescales.
