Pittsburgh, Pa

Reassigned to manage a new area of infrastructure development. Primarily worked with Business Development Director on business development, deal structures, gathering and processing agreements, and economic evaluations. Also worked closely with the Facilities Engineering group on facility planning, budgeting and estimating for a cryogenic processing plant and associated two-phase rich gas pipelines. Built numerous Promax process simulations for natural gas gathering infrastructure.

Moved to the greater Pittsburgh, PA area to work on a new investment in the Marcellus Shale Basin. Managed operations and technical service functions as we brought legacy assets up to standards and built green-field projects in the lean gas part of the Marcellus. Primary responsibilities included: commissioning, EH&S, corrosion, I&E, due diligence, optimizing, trouble-shooting, O&M and capital budget management, and participation on the senior leadership team.

Managed the southern half of Williams' San Juan Basin operations including two cryogenic processing plants, four gathering districts and dozens of compressor stations. Primary responsibilities included: Operations, maintenance, budgeting, optimizing, and trouble-shooting for plant, gathering, and compression facilities.

Was chosen to fulfill the chief inspector role on construction and continue on as the original Operations Manager for a large liquefied natural gas (LNG) peak shaving plant in North Carolina. Primary responsibilities included: Plant design, construction inspection, staffing, procedure writing, compliance, operations, maintenance, trouble-shooting, optimizing, and budgeting. In addition to the LNG plant, I was also responsible for a mainline compressor station and pipeline district.
