Manage and ordering dry goods (label, carton, cork, screwcap, capsules, etc) by sending purchase orders, tracking delivery and meeting related suppliers and bottling facilities;2. Frequent quality checks including bottling, label press check and finishing goods check;3. Supporting production manager for daily monitoring and giving suggestions to incidents in relation to the third party;4. Liaise with suppliers and bottling halls for delayed delivery, faulty product and schedule change;5. Keeping a record of production and purchasing via Dropbox based system.6. Preparing label artworks for export purposes；Cellar:1. Supporting regional manager for visiting customers, organizing casual and formal tastings from barrel and bottles, leading customers to taste and evaluating wine and food-paring.2. Organizing and preparing bulk wine samples for customers, packaging and posting products.3. Maintaining a small showroom that collects a series of products and showcasing Auswan Creek brand, telling stories in relation to brand history and development. Show less
