Business Development Manager
As a Business Development associate at Hexlant, Inc., a blockchain start-up in Korea focused on providing crypto wallet SaaS, B2C wallet mobile apps, and smart contract audit services, I played a key role in various strategic initiatives from May 2021 to November 2022. I led the sales operations and development cycle for our flagship products, 'Octet' and 'Hexlant Audit,' tapping into my deep understanding of the product landscape and market nuances. My efforts to foster seamless interdepartmental communication resulted in streamlined processes that optimized project intake and invoicing, significantly improving our operational workflow.My tenure at HEXLANT also included initiating and overseeing the 'Hexlant Audit,' where I enhanced product credibility and client trust, contributing to closing deals worth approximately 400 million KRW. I was instrumental in launching a strategic online service request platform, thus bolstering our digital presence and expanding our service offerings. My leadership extended to the role of Project Manager for the NFT Marketplace 'MetaGalaxia' during its inception phase, where I directed the project from ideation to launch and established key industry partnerships.In addition to these responsibilities, I was actively involved with the People team. There, I absorbed and acted upon employee feedback, crucial in fostering a positive company culture and communicating necessary changes to executive levels. I also had the pleasure of organizing a company retreat, which served as a team-building exercise and revamped the new employee onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and a more cohesive integration into our company's fabric.
