Supervise and develop all BI Adjuster Trainees who are assigned all non-verified and med-pay claims for policies originating in Florida, Illinois, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Indiana, Georgia, South Carolina and Arkansas. Respond to all Civil Remedy Notices, Department of Insurance and Better Business Bureau complaints for losses whch occur in Florida, Illinois, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Indiana, Georgia, South Carolina and Arkansas on all Bodily Injury Exposures. Review all potential Material Misrepresentation files for vetting and final management approval.

Investigate, evaluate, and resolve automobile liability and general liability claims for the United States, including, but not limited to: property damage, and bodily injury; monitor status and resolve outstanding claims to ensure that claims are processed in a timely manner; prepare claim reports and updates on a regular scheduled basis; review policies covering rental vehicles, as well as the individual auto policies for persons who rent the company's vehicles, review medical reports from claimant doctor, as well as independent medical exams; review police reports, photographs, accident reconstruction, recorded statement summaries; consult with defense counsel and determine legal strategy; negotiate settlements of claims with claimants and claimant attorneys; respond to intercompany arbitration requests
