I have served the private and public sectors my whole life; In the last 14 years, I worked for a privately held auto insurance company and a defense insurance law firm. In the early years, I was a managing partner in the law firm- Kugler, Deleo, D'Arco PA. I was a Illinois State Senator, having the distinction of being the Majority Leader of the Illinois State Senate. I also have been writing poetry and philosophy for most of my career captured in a book titled: " Ideas of the Heart".
