Drove retail sales operations for the Northeast Region comprised of 153 stores, 2500 associates in a 10 state region with responsibility for P&L and sales of $300M. Implemented strategic sales and marketing initiatives to maximize profitability. Led a top-performing district sales management team. Initiated best practices in customer service and shrink control activities. Identified cost savings opportunities and operational improvements. Directed regional training, loss prevention, and human resources functions. Also a board member for the Finish Line Youth Foundation.

Directed a district comprised of 16 retail locations and generating in excess of $37M in annual revenue.

Led a staff of 35, producing revenues in excess of $13M.

Led a team of 18 store managers and 350+ associates with sales in excess of 45M.
