As a project manager, I was responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, and I oversaw all aspects of the transitions. I led and directed the work of others by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects. I prepared for and conducted regular status meetings (approximately weekly during the life of the project) and distributed meeting minutes. I updated project status (NPT Database, NPT Checklists, Single Page Summaries, and Engineering Issues Logs) and submitted a Weekly Report on a weekly basis.
