I am a Mechanical Engineer I at HNTB, a leading infrastructure solutions firm, where I apply my engineering knowledge and skills to design, analyze, and test various mechanical systems and components. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Santa Clara University, where I have completed courses in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, dynamics, and materials science. My core competencies include interpersonal skills, mentoring, and active learning, which I have developed through my academic and professional experiences.Before joining HNTB, I was a Junior Engineer at Auriga Corporation, a subcontractor for the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system. There, I collected and tracked data for rail material inventory, learning to be diligent, creative, and communicative. I also served as the President of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) student chapter at Santa Clara University, where I led a team of passionate students to foster relationships with professors and professional engineers, organize events and workshops, and promote the field of mechanical engineering. I am motivated by the opportunity to solve real-world problems, collaborate with diverse and talented people, and contribute to the improvement of infrastructure and society.
