I have been working with GST for over 11 years. My position is working as a contractor for Beckman Coulter, Inc. Remote help desk for the field employees and in-house support. Troubleshooting in both hardware and software in computing. Configure and Deploy PDA and PCs including desktop, laptop, workstation to each and everyone of Beckman's employees.Currently, I have been assigned to work on a Warehouse Management System Project for Beckman Coulter, Inc. located in Hebron, KY. That was great opportunity to work with college IT team. I have gain more knowledge and experience in computer technology field while working with them. I'm glad that I was part of the team created the virtual desktops that provide more computer access for student across the college while extending the use of green technologies. We called it "Green Lab". Deploy 21 NComputing access devices and 4 PCs host in the lab to create 25 student stations in the Green Lab.
