• Developed the design plans for new corridor connecting Ardenwood Drive to Lobdell Boulevard, including roadway alignment, lane configurations, curb and gutter, sidewalks, bike paths, and installation of ADA facilities.
• Responsible for developing the design plans for corridor improvements along LA 73, including roadway rehabilitation, sidewalk repair, curb gutter repair/replacement, and installation of Americans with Disabilities Act.
• In support of City of Baton Rouge (MOVEBR), lead for developing design plans (Preliminary and Final) for proposed ADA barrier improvements (sidewalk repair/replacement, curb, and gutter, handicap ramps, crosswalks.

• Served as the Mechanical Engineer Subject Matter Expert for the Virgin Light Ends Unit, with 18 sub-units and over $5 million worth of equipment
• Designed, modified, and analyzed over 400 pressure vessels and heat exchangers; 250 miles of piping and piping components to meet applicable API 510, API 570, API 574, API 579 codes, ASME Section VIII Division I 2019.
• Served as the Mechanical Contact Engineer for the Virgin Light Ends Unit Turnaround from February through April
• Modeled over 300 pressure vessels and exchangers for all Baton Rouge facilities to mitigate brittle fracture scenarios
• Saved the Virgin Light Ends Unit $500k/ yr by changing a globe valve from stem guided valve to a body guided valve

• Designed and constructed a prototype water filter that removes fluoride using a mixture of laterite and aluminum sulfate
• Mixed, heat treated, and dried laterite with aluminum sulfate to make it a porous material to remove fluoride from water
• Fitted pipes and valves together to make a pilot system that removes the fluoride

Midland, Michigan, US

• Aggregated data trends for 4 gas turbines using Excel and JMP Pro 11 to determine the machines’ running efficiency
• Developed and integrated data trends for 5 steam turbines so operators, engineers, and technical assistants have knowledge of the machines’ status every 15 minutes
• Analyzed and inspected current safety implemented systems, machine alarms, and Dow’s Layer of Protection Analysis to make sure the department was up to Dow’s current standards

• Developed and integrated a new computerized warehouse management system that relieved the facility’s 170,000 square foot warehouse of unused space.
• The newly developed computerized warehouse management system organizes over 750 oil products and stores them in new locations that are easier to access.
• Managed, recorded, and knew all of the dimensions of over 750 oil products and bin locations in the facility in less than two (2) months.
