As a Financial Services Supervisor at GEICO, I manage a team of 15 associates who handle customer inquiries, payments, and billing issues. I am responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our service, as well as coaching and developing my team members. I have over four years of experience in supervising various departments at GEICO, including customer service, production, and imaging/mailroom. I have successfully improved the performance and retention of my teams by implementing graphs, tracking systems, and data collection tools to monitor and analyze our results. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive work environment for my team. I am actively pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Mercer University. I have acquired valuable skills and competencies in communication, problem-solving, leadership, and data analysis.
