Designated Stylist For Monica Vinader
Current- Traveling to store Nordstrom stores to give products training and knowledge to other teams in the store.- Making sure we are achieving are daily Monica Vinader goals and seeing where we rank in SCal for the week.- Calling In customer to show new collections that have came and evening inviting them to other truck shows that Monica Vinader is having around other nordstrom stores.- Calling and emailing Monica Vinader repairs to give customers status on when there product will arrive- Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience.- Sending emails to vendors to give them updated on what products we are selling the most and letting them know what we can do to improve sales even more.-Explaining the benefits and functions of brand.-Explaining to customers the best products for their needs.- Making sure that each customer that I helped receive the best customer service from me. - And I would send customer a link so I can style board them the newest trends and stuff that match there style of clothing.
