Sold Lifestyle Lending Group LLC to First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee National Bank. After acquisition, continued to oversee total operations and loan production. In 2007, accepted position of VP/District Manager of New Mexico.

Launched Lifestyle Lending Group LLC in January 2000 and grew Company into full-service mortgage banker with over 70+ employees and annual loan production exceeding $200 million. Serviced some of Arizona's largest builders and ranked by satisfied customers a "top ten mortgage banker" over three consecutive years in statewide business poll. Sold the Company in 2005 to First Horizon Home Loans, the mortgage arm of Tennessee National Bank.
