About Jaylynn Smith
The mental health community faces strong stigma. The idea that mental health creates and inability to breed success is a fallacy. While the world creates more stigma surrounding what mental health looks like, I intend to bring light to reality.At my organization, we focus on total health and wellness through the pathway of mental health. We do not disconnect mental health from health, we understand the correlation between all facets of health and their dependency on one another. We arena the beginning stages of non-profit work and hope to provide greater impact to our community within the next 5 years.I am a published author. I have written and published 8 books: Three fiction; One book of poetry; and 4 non-fiction including my biography which chronicles my life through the 4 most influential moments in my history.I will continue to help people bridge the gap between understanding mental health and understanding total health.
